Redwood Engineering Co. is hiring a Customer Support Representative based in Canada (Remote). Help customers resolve issues over chat and email for our e-commerce platform.
What you'll do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Troubleshoot order and account issues
- Escalate complex cases to the right team
What you bring:
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule
